Today our special guest lived the high life in the seventies as one of the lead singers for the Colorado band Firefall. Rick Roberts toured the world and scored 10 U.S singles, five on the Top 40 charts. The fame came with a price however with his overindulgence in cocaine and alcohol and a few visits in jail. He left Firefall in the early 80’s but still loves the music. Now clean and sober Roberts wants to tell his story. His new book “Lame Brain” goes as low as it does high. He tells it like it was. Here’s part one of our chat with Rick Roberts.
