We are starting to lose Keith Partridge – his famous character in 1970’s series the Partridge family.
The actor/singer is fighting the debilitating memory loss disease. The 66-year-old actor watched his grandfather battle the disease as well as his mother who died at 89. He told People magazine,“I was in denial, but a part of me always knew this was coming.”
The singer was just caught slurring his words and falling off stage and has had serious problems with substance abuse and being charged with DUI’s.
Cassidy will now concentrate on his health. He has retired from touring telling People, “I want to focus on what I am, who I am and how I’ve been without any distractions,” he says. “I want to love. I want to enjoy life.”
Some of his biggest hits include, “I Think I Love You,” “I Woke Up in Love This Morning” with the Partridge Family.
